Hi Seniors,
I am March 2014 CEC applicant. Below are my timelines
Application submitted 21-MAR-2014  AOR 11th Apr -2014
PCC submitted in Aug – 2014 for India, UK and Bahrain.
Medical Request: 30 th Sep 2014  Medical completed  06-OCT-2014
Medical uploaded: 08th Oct -2014
Since Oct 11th “Medical results have been received”
RPRF requested : 28th Oct 2014 Paid and submitted same day.
Singapore PCC Request : 08th Dec 2014 / CIC received the document on Jan 29th 2015

Current Status since Nov 9th
• We received your application for permanent residence on March 21, 2014.
• We started processing your application on November 6, 2014.
• Medical results have been received.

I received the GCMS notes in first week of January that states : Eligibility : Passed, Medical: Passed, Criminality: Passed for Spouse / Mine in progress, Security: Blank

In the officer's notes section a line is written "Request the PCC for Singapore". This is because I applied GCMS in first week of Dec-2014 and received PCC request on 8th Dec.

Any idea about how much time CIC take to release PPR after this stage?

I received my 4th GCMS notes today. No change. Eligibility passed, criminality in progress, security in progress, medicals in progress.

My ECAS shows medicals received though!

I have seen Many people waiting at this stage from Jan to April Applicants. I think its Criminality & security making most of the people wait. it still depends how complicated one's background and travel history is.
CIC may plan to clear this backlog within couple of months. All the best. :) :)

Guys, the processing time of CEC changed to 12 months. For Jan 2014 applicants who are still waiting for PPR, what can we do next?

The processing times for the Canadian Experience Class and Live-in Caregiver Class are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases between January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014.

So unfortunately we are in those of remaining 20% :'(

Thank you and yes it has been a long wait. Now we are a little confused. We are expecting a baby next month so should we inform them now or just send the passports for the visas?
