Thanks! I actually received RPRF request already...I thought PPR would come soon after the RPRFrks0101 said:Hi Wssun,
PPRs after MR could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months depending upon so many factors. PPRs happen after admissibility is established in terms of medicals, security and misrepresentations etc.
Hope you get your PPR as soon as possible.
Hope this helps!

Cabalen said:No. Getting RPRF is not assurance that they have started working in your application. That being said, some people get it at the same time (almost the same time) as MR while some get RPRF months after MR and there is no clear indication that application is already "In Process".
Though unreliable, once you see in eCAS that they are working on your application on a certain date then you can assume that they have started to work in you application.
Any comments on your GCMS?

I also received second medical request on March 3, 15. My previous medical is still valid until April 9. As per my GCMS notes I have passed medical. I am July 2013 applicant.mofan said:I am confused by receiving a second medical exam request from CIC today.
I submitted the application in Sep. 2013, and had completed medical exam in May 2014, while my wife did not undergo X-ray due to her pregnancy. After having the baby, my wife completed the medical exam in Nov. 2014. I also sent the photocopy of birth certificate of my newborn baby to CIC by email in Nov. 2014. Since then, I have been optimistically and eagerly expecting the passport request.
Is it normal they ask for a second MR?
