You should have received a summary sheet from the doctors office stating the test are complete and uploaded to CIC for each individual. Pls send that to CIC in reply so they can track it back and tag it with your application. Good luck.

1017E is the medical request form that CIC sends. I guess CIC has not tagged your upfront medicals to your application even though it is in their system. Pls call CIC and make sure they are able to see your medicals results and have them tag it to your PR application. Also, pls do send a copy...
