You could apply for GCMS case notes, which would reveal some sort of status. It takes one month for CIC to provide one but has lot of information.

Second review was required because "duties are too generic".

I received my HK PCC request from CIC today, did you order your GCMS notes to find out? My notes will arrive next week, if there is no negative findings, I think I will do upfront medical (probably upfront RPRF too) and apply for BOWP, and let the rest of waiting be. Just don't wanna worry too much.

AOR: 15 July 2014
Document request: 12 March 2015 (HK PCC)
MR: Pending

Update:

I received my GCMS notes today.

Eligibility status: Recommend Pass
And at the end of the notes, it says "Recommendation: Appears to meet requirements"

Am I safe now?

One strange thing is GCMS notes say "Request letter needs to be sent to PA" in Jan 2015, but I haven't received the PCC request until mid-March.

Another thing is I don't know whether I should apply for BOWP, my current WP expires in late July. Can MR & RPRF be done in 4 months...?

Hi all!

I Just want to share my case, I received my AOR April 29, 2014 up until now I didn't hear anything from CIC. I seek for advises regarding my case ( http://i.imgur.com/Z5xONL0.jpg ) < ---copy and paste it on another tab, I am sending CIC a statutory declaration that I understand that I cannot sponsor my children in the future. I tried everything to make ex-wife cooperate but she continue to refuse (she doesn't even want to get them a passport). I am also including my divorce certificate to inform CIC about my status (from legally separated to divorced). I also hope that the VO will consider that my job responsibilities are from NOC 1211 not from 1221 (check my GCMS notes) in which on my work permit it is really NOC 1211.

To the seniors and whomever will take time reading my notes, I am grateful and thanks in advance.
If you can share me your thoughts about my application, I am open to any suggestion.

well you can go ahead and do upfront medicals & upfront rprf.But i am not sure thats going to speed ur application.It totally depends on cic,security checks,criminality checks which varies form person to person.

Have heard nothing since. No request yet for Police certificates or medical.

BOWP about to expire. Now we have to reapply.

Hi seniors , need advice.

I am May-2014 applicant and got the AOR e-mail on 16-July.
Ordered a GCMS notes on 6-Jan and found Review required.

I have checked the eligibility assessment and in that on 11-Dec-2014 the VO updated the review required and put the due date on 8-Jan-2015.

On 7-Jan-2015, I got PCC request for Spouse and mine. I have submitted that and after that I have not heard anything.


My question is my second review is done or not ?


Please advice?
