Hello guys
I have applied under CEC on june 18 2013 got my AOR.. NO MEDICALS YET.

Applied for GCMS , shows concerns found reviews required so i need suggestions & direction as what and how this can be handled.
1. It say LOE and T4 does not match for the year compared to the tax assessment 2013 , this made the officeR think that I have not done any of the main duties shown in the LOE or the NOC selected .
Also it says supporting docs appear to be sufficient to demonstrate the experience in this NOC 2282.
Assessment : Eligibility in progress
Criminality in progress


I checked with my accountant and figured out whats going on and he says "Nov 2014 i got a tax reassessment letter stating that i have to refund tax amount as i had a t4 from 2012 that was filed in 2013 (error) that increased my NOA in 2013 which is different than my LOE which has made the officer think I have not done the desired duties under NOC which i want to clarify , how should I do this .

Should I just email the officer the tax reassessment for 2013 which say everything by itself or should i also ask my employer to email them to clear out things stating that i have performed the duties shown under the NOC code .

Should i email them my 2014 T4 aswell or should i wait for them to ask ,my work experience include 2013 -2014 ,so half of my salary is not shown in 2013 t4.

I would like to get some comments as how i should handle this error and clear out things with the officer.

@nav2ed - Do not wait for them to come back and reqest for further documentation. Please do whatever is necessary and submit to CIC AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I think you should be able to judge as in what to do to get out of this loop and give the VO a clear understanding of whats going on!! We haven't looked at your documents and so I think we can't give you a pathway to follow I guess!! Anyway wait for seniors to comment!!!!

Second review was required because "duties are too generic".
We are both Feb applicants, I'm sure you will hear soon!

Hi did you get a letter from cic to send updated LOE? when did you get that request?

yes i did get an email from CIC for an updated LOE as VO had doubts with my job duties mismatch and i send them an updated LOE from my employer. i got the email on Feb 4 and i send them the LOE on 10th march...... now I am waiting ..... fingers crossed and hopefully i receive my MR soon ....

hi guys... i m April 2014 applicant and nothing progress in my file, waiting for review by officer according GCMS notes... is there anyone april applicant waiting?
I m also worried like you guys are.. thinking every day where is my file stuck and why... checking the email every now and then in hope to get anything.

so, I created the list in my signature(as i m not allowed to post links here) so we can get some help who is waiting for how long and trace what we can do.
You guys can send me details i will upload them.

Feb 2014 applicant, received MR after being in second review since August 2014. First visa officer was concerned that I had chosen the wrong NOC code, but the second officer must have been okay with it.

I applied my file on july 09 received on july 10. AOR received on september 03.after that no updates.

Hi Vivmehta,

You could apply for GCMS case notes, which would reveal some sort of status. It takes one month for CIC to provide one but has lot of information.
