i am may applicant and after got pcc request on jan 6 i have not heard anything from cic.

for me the deadline for medical,rprf and everything is june 2015 which is exactly one year after receiving my AOR. its been 3 months that file my has been moved for second review no update so far

it is been over 5 months for me... you might want to relax and wait. BUT use this time to read your GMSC notes and send required documents to make the second's officer job easier

Just a quick update... So i had sent an email to CIC on February 18th, Explaining them my situation that the processing for my permamnent residency is taking longer than the normal processing time. It has been over a year and i havent heard anything regarding my application other than AOR.

Today i got a reply from them

Dear Applicant,

Please, be advised that your file was assessed by an officer.

You have to undergo medical examination. Medical forms were sent to you via email, if you don’t receive them within 24 hours from today, please contact out office.

I am so excited and can't wait to get my official Medical Request by tomorrow

Hi Bouncer, seems your predection works please predict for me too . as per cic call center agent my file is update on 23rd feb 2015 where they mentioned that they have found my RCMP certificate original as well as scan copy. so far all looks good on my application and they are doing background checks and validating the RCMP. any guess how much time still left for me to get the MR?

Yes Friend. I got over it and passed the eligibility after second review. CIC had issues with my salary being paid in home country. You can check my earlier post in detail.

I still didnt get those notes that i order in jan, but cic replied to my email today. This is what they wrote
"Your case is currently in queue for review by an officer. Our office will get in contact with you regarding the next steps in due time. No action is needed from your part, at this present time"

Does that mean that my file is under second review? Im a May 2014 applicant, and I start to worry now
