I am having the same issue . I applied on Feb 13 2014 and recieved AOR on march 09 2014. i was frustrated and applied for GCMS notes recieved yesterday. it says everything is fine except MY WIFE'S POLICE clearance certificate and sent to another review. and they updated this GCMS notes on 28 aug 2014. they did not contact me anytime regarding this. i sent my wife's police certificate immediately. fingers crossed. waiting for medicals eagerly.

A qualifying job offer from an employer in Canada is a significant asset but not a requirement. Candidates can also obtain enough points to receive an ITA based on how high their score is on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) or if they get a provincial or territorial nomination. Provinces and territories will be able to recruit candidates from the Express Entry pool through their PNPs to meet local labour market needs.

You sounds like your application has been already refused (hopefully not). I don't want to think about applying again. At least not now.

If you meant 7th November then you still have 4 days to get it... Hopefully you should have it by 5th Dec (Friday).
