Can anyone shed some light on my case.
Applied in NOV 2013 , no response or request to till date.
My PGWP is expiring in Feb so i can apply for my BOWP. But my Passport is going to expire in July. what will happen in my scenario ,are they gng to give permit only till the expiry of passport ? if so can i renew the passport and apply for the remaining length of the bwop permit once thats gng to expire.(Hopefully i should get my PR by that time) .

I am really feeling tensed with my situation.

Your case look very complicated. I strongly suggest you to apply for GCMS notes. You will know why your application still pending. Regarding BOWP, you will get the WP till your passport expiry and you may need to apply for new one after you get a new passport.good luck.

Apply for the passport renewal right now.

You cannot apply for "remaining length". You will need to apply for new BOWP. It will be given to you for additional 1 year (if approved).

Depends on the country, I guess. You can check with your consulate.

update your LOE. It should be fine i think. Write a cover letter stating that company address has been changed.

No medials yet.. confused & worried. Donno what i did mistake.

I have a similar issue like you. CIC requests a updated of LOE and additional information about my company. Like how many ppl work there, title, and salary....I think you can update your LOE to CIC first. Because they request additional docs almost 3 months later after i submitted my spouse's information.

They only accept original police certificate by mail, other documents need to be sent by email
