Who is the best choise to get marry before or after landin ?? !!!

Hello Friends,
My name is Ilir and I am from Albania.
I have been reading all posts about 'getting married before landing' .

I have received PR Visa and COPR having expiry date of May 2017.My aplication is like a single aplicant but I have 3 months that I made engagement and I have plan to marry sooner.For this reason I am very confused about my situation because I dont want to let my fiance here in Albania.
Please who is the best way for me:

1) I might get married as soon as possible , in this case, can I sponsor my wife before leaving to Canada ? (If yes how is the processing times?)

2) Should I have to travel Canada first then come back to Albania and marry , then go back to Canda to sponsor her ?(Can I do the landing and return back to home country in a week ??

3) I can call my fiance to Canada with tourist visa , get married in Canada and apply from within Canada for sponsorship ?

Can you please explain me all these scenarios that which one would be faster or easier because according to that I need to take decision? Also which one is faster inland or outland ?

Your marriage should not hold up subject to your application to immigrate is my take

1) If you get married before you land in Canada, then you MUST return your COPR, inform CIC that you have gotten married and submit all of the paperwork to add your new spouse to your own application. You must then wait for CIC to issue a new COPR that will include her. Failure to do this is misrepresentation. It will result in you never being able to sponsor your wife in the future and also mean your own PR status may be revoked. So if you decide to marry before you land, you MUST follow these steps.

2) You can certainly land and then marry afterwards. However as a PR, you must be living in Canada in order to sponsor your wife. This means that after you get married, you must return to Canada to submit the sponsorship application and must remain in Canada while the application is being process.

3) You can try - there is no guarantee of approval. If CIC suspects she is coming to Canada to marry you and then have you sponsor her, you can expect a refusal.

Both the options as mentioned above is going to take time for your fiance to get pr so think about yourself and your fiance and move forward
