Where to upload additional documents for Super Visa?

Hi everyone,

I am just trying to fill up an online application for Super Visa and I see that all documents are in the checklist except for things like Bank Statements for child, bank statements and letters of work for applicant, land deed, etc...How and where will these be uploaded?

1- What is "Upload Schedule 1"? there is no Document Name
2- Would all above documents that I mentioned file under "Letter of Explanation" like picture below?

I don't know why would you want to send that but yes, it would have to be attached to the letter of explanation.

I thought I need to include bank statements, land deed, etc to support the visa application. Am I not correct with that? Is that something you give directly to VAC and not online?

Maybe someone else can help you I know nothing about VACs procedures.

I always add all the extra documents on a single pdf file in the "letter of explanation" section. I read somewhere that that's what you should do!

Thanks. This is weird that it's not very clear given so many people apply online for Super-Visa. Maybe my question is better asked as this:
Does VAC need to check your documents like Land Deed, and Bank Statements?

The thing is that VAC is a middle man between you and CIC, therefore each VAC has its own rules and procedures.

In here not many people know about VACs as mostly people apply directly to CIC.

I think that if you ask directly to the VAC you would get better answers.

My question is directly regarding CIC and not VAC. VAC only applies in my case for Biometrics and nothing else. I am applying online and submitting online. I am going through the procedure that everyone should go and I am wondering where you upload your additional documents? Like copy of identifiy cards, bank statements, employment letters, etc... in the online application? Other than "Add letter of explanation", I do not see any other Upload button for extra documents.

Copy of identity cards, bank statements, employment letters and every other additional document should be put together in a single document and attached to the letter of explanation.

I was suprised that you would ask why to send documents so important. Probably 99% of people applying visa do the same and those who don't just get rejected for no supporting documents. Which Visa officer takes your written word for it? My statement was focused towards that part of your response.

IMM 5257 has it's own upload section at the very top and then come the supporting documents and then the optional documents which Schedule 1 is part of that and this is what it says:

"Document: Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada

Provide a Schedule 1 declaration. A Schedule 1 declaration is a CIC form with questions about your personal history. You will be asked to list information such as any affiliations with organizations and any military or government service."

I am still confused as to what this is for but your answer to this is definitely wrong.

I wonder where you get those numbers. I have coached by now more than 100 succesful visa applications and none of them included: "Bank Statements for child, land deed, etc." in the letter of explanation. Therefore I asked you why do you do it. Maybe it is applicable for your case. I don't know. I was just pointing something that looked a little too much for me.

i actually made a single word file containing those you mentioned above and i uploaded it at the Proof of Means and some of it I uploaded at the Proof of Financial Resource of Supporter. and it actually worked for me. it is better to provide them extra documents than less as required that will cause delays for they will ask you an additional docs.

Thanks for the input. I don't see "Proof of Financial Resource of Supporter" and "Proof of Means". Did you see that on your online application? This is all I am seeing (please see image below)
