Got it too.

Do I have to send 2 copies of the receipt on-line and 1 hard copy?
Do I fill client ID, address. Do I sign it?

Any ideas?

You need to fill in the blanks (birth of date, address, etc) on the receipt and attach that copy to an email to CPPO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca.
Also in the email...

Please include your application number and the purpose of your email in the title.
To contact CIC follow the following instructions and make sure
all information is included in your email:
If your request requires CIC to access your immigration or citizenship file, they will need the following information:
1 Surname (last name)– Exactly as it appears on the passport or identity document
2. Given name(s) (first name)– Exactly as it appears on the passport or identity document
3. Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD)
4. Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number
5. Application number ( F#, EP#, E#, B#)
6. Type of application (Family Sponsorship, Canadian Experience Class, Provincial Nominee, Quebec Skilled Worker)

I also got my RPRF this afternoon. Didn't know what to do. Googled it then I found the instructions above.
I followed the instructions and sent emails to both email addresses. My results:

To
CPPO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca

I received a reply minutes later,

"We have received your email sent to CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca<mailto:CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca> and we’ll update your information shortly. Please do not reply to this message. Replies to this e-mail will not be acknowledged as this email address is exclusively reserved for cost recovery.

Your application is going through the required assessment process and be assured that we dedicate all our efforts to processing the applications as quickly as possible.

At the time of paying RPRF, they ask you for your email address, and you must have provided something there. You should check that email account since they send a copy there too. If not there, make sure your transaction went through by checking your bank account.

Transaction went through, I can see the money deducted. But I never received an email..... :( , calling CIC about it, will update.

update: I emailed CIC about the missing receipt, they sorted out the issue within their system and sent me the receipt the same day, Thank God!!!

I did my medicals on May 13 though and the doctor said it takes them 5-10 business days to send the results.

hope to see medicals and rprf received soon.

Mine says as of today:

It will probably take a couple of days after your doctor submits the results to CIC. You can actually call the doctor's office and ask them if they received/submitted the results.

@Sandipppp : can i please ask you to share when did you get your medical done?
@rdbr : good idea, I will call them today.
