they will have pre-defined forms, its pretty standard format by the police. you dont need to worry about the format.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I didn't see IP before this one, not sure if this is a good or a bad thing! Medicals received, but I wasn't expecting DM before getting IP.

Today I got an update you had a week ago:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on August 25, 2014.
2. Medical results have been received

you should be receiving PPR email soon. My ecas changed to DM today as well but I received PPR on May 23, 2015.

For me it was 14 days after my doctor sent results.

I got request for new police certificate from my home country.
