You need to fill in the blanks (birth of date,address,etc) on the receipt and attach that copy to an email to CPPO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca.ioavator said:Got it too.

I also got my RPRF this afternoon. Didn't know what to do. Googled it then I found the instructions above.
I followed the instructions and sent emails to both email addresses. My results:
