There's really no number to call. CIC hasn't committed to a six months processing time and it's quite possible for processing to take several months longer. Many here have waited more than six months. So there's really nothing you can do but wait. Calling the CIC help desk won't do anything to speed up the processing of your application.

Maybe he's planning on doing what another guy wanted to do a while back, and sue CIC for not committing to their 6 month promise.
