Based on last year's stats, I don't think the average draw score will come down lower than 440 or 441: Last year we had a total of 30 draws with 86,043 invitations, and for this year we have had 12 draws and 32,200 invitations sent out so far, so that leaves 18 draws and 53,800 invitations left...

Why would graduation time have anything to do with the high new profile creation rate? You need to have IETLS plus one year of working experience before you can apply for EE.
