WHAT IS MEDICAL CHARGE IN INDIA?

Dear Friends,

I am in touch with Immigration Agent here in Ahmedabad, India for Work permit of canada...

He has given me scheme for work permit. He has committed to get 2 years work permit of canada. Processing time is 4 month, but he ask me for medical. He told me to come New Delhi to get Medical Test and ask me Rs. 10,500/- as a medical fees that to be paid directly in Hospital in Delhi.

I have some queries....

Is it not possible to get medical exam in Ahmedabad, India?

Is medical fee of 10,500/- so high?

I am very confuse, some agent ask for very high fees for medical, they do medical and after 6 month they call and say that your file is rejected. They may get commission for medical test by laboratory.

I request all senior member to write the charges wat you pay for medical test....

Rs 2400 per adult and if any additional test it will cost Rs1000 more that sit that is fee in india
if any child is there it Rs 700
u will get a letter from CHC and which will give u doctors address in ur town if u want it i can give it to you

Medicals before filing application - keep away from such people/ agents. You can file application under FSW on your own. No need to go to anyone.

for work permit cases, medical are requested by visa office on the last stage.

You do not required proof of fund for work permit approval.

But I can not apply as FSW, I don't get 67 point..

I am trying for Work permit Visa of Canada for 2 years.

Can we do the file of work permit without any agent?
I think, anyone who try for work permit must hire some good immigration agents....

In the case of work permit, medical is taken before application or at the end of application...

because agent ask me to do medical test before application of work permit. I am talking about work permit only , not about FSW.

I think, this fraud agent only earn money from medical changes because it is very hard to get work permit of canana, even agent are not able to get the way.

They take the medical charge 10000/- Rs and other advance payment 25000/- or 50000/- and after 6 month of delay, they call to customer and inform customer that the file of work permit is rejected because of some problems..x.y.z... They deduct some money from advance deposited amount or they never refund nay money, they totally waste of our time.

I have heard the matter from some my friends. Am I wrong?
Please comment whether to hire the agents for work permit or not..

Since you are trying for temporary work permit, you need a job offer from a Canadian employer unlike in FSW. Probably your agent might have some consulting jobs or links with canadian employers. And these agents do charge a lot. But you got to be very careful whom you are dealing with.

Go through the links first and read the insctructions carefully. What you have mentioned in this thread clearly indicates that this guy is a fraud. Rs 10,000 from medicals and then 6 lacs afterwards !! ???

You cannot get a canadian work permit without a job offer in canada. And if you have a job offer then it is better to apply for PR with arranged employment. Stay away from any agents, read the instructions carefully on the cic website and apply yourself.
