What is Happening to AINP applying under H1B visa from 2011-2012?

Hey guys, my e-cas now says In process, when I click it it reads: "We started processing your application on July 20, 2012." Ottawa contact me via e-mail about my police certificates, they needed originals. I just sent them. Hopefully this is it guys...Finally, a light at the end of the tunnel. Let's cross our fingers.

Can you please share your detailed timeline with us? It's encouraging to learn that finally they started working on 2012 applicants. Good luck.

When I first sent my documents back in January, I didn't have the FBI records at hand, so once I received them I waited for either CIO, Buffalo or Ottawa to contact me in that regard. I didn't want to loose these documents or send them to the wrong place, I wanted to be sure what office was working on my PR file first.

Only thing that is missing is the date when they charged your credit card or encashed your bank draft. If you can't remember or don't know just let me know. I will put an approximate date. Thanks.

AOR CIO: 25-Mar-2012
MR CIO : 25-Mar-2012
Medical Done: 1-May-2012

till now, ECAS status is only Application Received, no update after that
let us wait and hope the best for everybody
