Arrival of the baby, can the father apply for some sorts of stay in canada which allow him to live and
Work without any restriction?or is their any other way?

Having a baby with a Canadian citizen gives a foreign national absolutely no advantage as far as status in Canada, and without permanent status or a restricted work permit, he can't live and work here. Short of applying to immigrate in one of the independent streams, the only other option for getting permanent status in Canada is marrying the child's mother (or cohabitating for at least one continuous year to establish a common-law partnership). But the mother would have to be willing to "sponsor" your friend as a partner, which involves an undertaking valid for three years where she agrees to provide for him (including paying back any money collected through social assistance), even if the relationship dissolves. So it's not a responsibility to be taken lightly - and if she is not willing to put herself in that position for your friend, he really has no options (other than independent immigration streams) for establishing a permanent presence in Canada.

Parental sponsorship requires that the sponsor meet a Low Income Cut Off requirement, so if the son has no job it is highly unlikely he will qualify to sponsor his father. Additionally, parental sponsorship is taking as much as 7 or more years now.

What does he need to do? Learn about birth control.

First of all, why are you inquiring about this for him? Does he think that just getting a women pregnant entitles him to Canadian citizenship? And why , if he already has three kids with her, why hasn't he , why isn't he here already? Why hasn't she sponsored him? Why isn't she making this inquiry? His oldest son is 18? Sorry, this all sounds fishy to me. Sorry to be harsh but it's these kinds of situations that seem to bog the system down.

Do not judge just from a few line here and conclude it as a fishy.he did not make her pregnant for the fourth time just to get citizenship.he himself is a british citizen and not that desperate to stay
In canada.all he does that he stuck in a such ackward situation that i do not want to into more

Details on public forum.why cant i ask for my friend?i wish that things were that smooth among them, it could be much easier then.why u r asking such pointless questions?do not look at things from one angle and do not be such narrow minded
Many thanks to those who has contribuited to my quiery.

Can your friend get a study permit or work permit something that can allow him to stay longer than a visitor visa?

I'm not narrow minded at all. I just question your intentions. And because you don't give many details and just expect everyone to assume that you are honest , well then, I really question your intentions. Who are you anyway? And why are you asking for advice for this so called friend? I can smell rats and trolls from miles away.
