You need to appeal to WES about their decision and send them relevant documentation that suggests that Symbiosis is a Deemed University by UGC, like links of UGC (https://www.ugc.ac.in/deemeduniversitylist.aspx?id=21&Unitype=4), screenshots and a letter from the VC/Dean/Registrar that provides information and proof of the universities recognition by UGC as Deemed University or a State Private University.
If WES does not accept your appeal, then you should get your ECA done from IQAS, ICES, BCIT, or CES.
Status update today, I dont know how many time do they review the documents.
Dont know when will they accept and start the evaluation.
Documents Received: 21st May
First Update: 24th May- Under review
Second Update: 27th May- Under review
Third Update- 3rd June- Under review

2nd update: June 2nd; Status: Documents received, application under review
3rd Update: June 3rd: Status: Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time. Your evaluation is due for completion on 6/21/2019

I need one help with a clarification.
I have completed by Bachelors in Arts (General) from Calcutta University. I have submitted for WES evaluation for IRCC. Will my evaluation be considered has Bacheor's Degree (Three or more year program at a university college .....)

If it's an integrated degree, it can be evaluated as a PG Diploma instead of a Masters Degree.
Aah... But I read from other posts in this forum that it has been recognised as a Masters (WILP MS BITS Pilani).. If not in the first evaluation, re-evaluation helped many..Anyway will know it shortly as the evaluation is due completion on 21st June. Fingers crossed ...
Could you check with them and let us known how much time did it took for them to get a re-evaluation?
It took as much as 35 business days as fresh evaluation.. Just raise a query in ( contact us) and tell WES that it has been ascertained as Masters for students from the same institution for the same degree.. they will again change the status as in progress and comes up with new ECA
