Hello, I applied for wes evaluation with my bachelors degree and partly completed CA. WES replied seeking for the degree completion date, but since there is no date yet, how can I get them to send me the evaluation for the completed degree?

Yes, you cannot an evaluation done for a party completed CA as WES does an evaluation for fully completed degrees/certificates for immigration purposes.

In case of your bachelor degree, your completion date is ideally the date in which you got your last semester/year results, in which you passed all the subjects.

Let's say your degree programme period was 2010-2014, but in 2014 or 2013 you had back papers / arrears and were able to pass them in 2015, your completion date would be in 2015 not 2014

Guys, finally my evaluation is done. Timelines are as below.
Degree Engineering: GTU (2010-2013)
Diploma Polytechnic: TEB Gandhinagar (2007-2010)

Degree Document Submitted: 13 March 2019
Degree Documents Received at WES: 15 March 2019

Diploma Document Submitted: 08 April 2019
Diploma Documents Received at WES: 11 April 2019

First Update: 18 March 2019
Status: Documents under review.

Second Update: 02 April 2019
Status: Documents under review.

Third Update: 15 April 2019
Status: Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time.

Fourth Update: 10 May 2019
Status: All the documents are accepted. Evaluation report under review and evaluation is due by 31/05/2019.

Able to download report on 03 June 2019
Evaluation: Diploma (two years) and Bachelor's degree (four years).

Hello folks,
Since I used this forum quite often to get information, now I would like to share my experience.
First off, I have to mention that I had three degrees including a BSc, MSc and a PhD evaluated by WES. The latter one was obtained from an Australian Uni and it was accepted within ONE day. Anyway each of my document arrived there at a different time, but I had a hard time with my Master's degree to be accepted! So I just mention the timing for that. 1-The first update on 03/04/2019 (documents were received) 2- The second update 03/06/2019 (documents under review 3) Documents accepted 03/27/2019. The evaluation is due for completion on 04/16/2019. That said I received that automated email yesterday saying that the processing time is now 35 days. but mine was lesser. Hope you all get the favorable results soon.

You need to create profile with WES and submit your profile. WES will let you know what all documents you need to send them.

Yes, but receipt of same depends upon whether you have opted for standard delivery or express delivery. In my case, I have opted for express delivery so I may receive the report by 05th June.

I've spoken to WES twice already. The rep said that I should hear back by Monday (today). I tried calling them again today, but the wait times are so long. I was on hold for 15 minutes.

I think my frustration is kicking in now. No update since 8th May! They've had my docs for over a month now. My birthday is in 26 days and I need it before that! Fingers crossed

To be able to create the express entry profile, soft copy of the ECA suffices. Hard copy is just a formality, so it doesn't matter if one receives in a day or two or in a week.

15 minutes of waiting time is a short waiting time, I, once, had to wait for 30 something minutes.

WES can take around 45 days to accept your documents. It is very normal for them to give an update after a month and a few days. Verification of Asian institutes have become stricter recently due to increase in forged documents.
