I have just made a customer care call and they mentioned that it will be done by early next week. It is almost near completion.
Hey for me, it went pretty smoothly. Even though I am living in Canada but I have some ex-colleague who is working at VUB, helped to get my documents ASAP and sent the document via DHL.
My university replied to Wes on Wednesday, they even shared the email with me which was mentioning the accuracy of documents. Still the status says on hold. On calling Wes they say they have not received the reply yet. Any idea what can be done now ??
Guys, From my experience wes takes 7 days to change the status from On hold to In Progress (Without following up with WES). Please dont check with wes whether they have received the email from the university for verification. If you do that they may delay things further. First of all, the communication between wes and university is private, so if they find that you are following it up with wes then they might delay. You can follow it up with the university but dont follow it up with WES. Given them time.
