On WES website they say the evaluation takes 20 days. Is it really 20 days or do they do it earlier in some cases? My evaluation report is due on 12 October, can I expect to get that earlier?

From what I am reading in this forum, it takes about 35-40 days after your 1st update i.e. we received your docs..But they do deliver it on time, do they? i.e. the said 20 days.
Also 20 business days is 20 working days..which like a month..

Evaluation in progress with completion date: Sep 21

I sent two certificates -
1. 3year polytechnic diploma
2. Btech degree from IGPTU also PTU
My report was due on 21/9 i.e. yesterday. But yesterday I received an email from WES that they can evaluate my diploma but ""WES does not evaluate study from IK Gujral Punjab Technical University""(IKGPTU).
Now I know many folks who got their IKGPTU degree evaluated from WES and that's why I sent it.
I replied to them through their contact us page on WES website that - WES has evaluated degrees from IKGPTU in the past and that I know many folks who got their study from IKGPTU evaluated from WES. So evaluate my degree as well.
What else can I do in this situation now? Should I get refund or should I wait? Has someone faced similar issue where they received similar msg that WES do not asses degree from their college? Please give you op

It's still 9/20 in Toronto. So just wait.
That's really unfortunate. But why did they accept the documents if they don't evaluate. My wife report is due this month end and her masters is from PTU.I sent two certificates -

Could you pls clarify what did they mean by diploma is fine but not degree. Did you do your diploma too from PTU?
No. Diploma was from PSBTE & IT. Btech was from PTU.That's really unfortunate. But why did they accept the documents if they don't evaluate. My wife report is due this month end and her masters is from PTU.

I don't understand why they did this. They accepted my docs and then changed the status to - We received and accepted your docs and you don't have to do anything at this time. Then after 15 days they changed the status to - We are evaluating your report and it is due by 21/9. and on 21/9 they said that.
I don't understand what the fuck is happening there. I'm gonna call them tomorrow. Lets see what they have to say about it. They didn't asked for any additional doc during 40 days process. And now they replied that. Really fucked up system
I can understand your frustration, but calm down and wait for your final report and apply for reval. Also do call them on Monday as Sunday they won't be available. Ptu Is a well recognized University not sure why happened. Which year did you pass btech .No. Diploma was from PSBTE & IT. Btech was from PTU.

What stage was your process in? I mean were you in documents review stage or documents evaluation stage?Hi, my application has been put on hold. They have sent verification to my institute " Indian institute of foreign trade" and my institute has replied them, yet WES says that we have not received any email from your institute. changed the status to - evaluation in progress on 10/8.
updated the status to - we are evaluating your report on 31/8 and that my report is due on 21/9.
update on 21/9 - on hold.
and sent email last night.
