How does one raise webform (or CSE, as some call it, if I am not wrong)? Can I ask them status of my app using webform? Also can I ask them to send a reminder to whoever is working on my file using webform?

I think I would wait for a few more days before doing that. Good suggestion though. I didn't know you make payment without them first asking for it.

No I did not pay RPRF upfront.

Goodale told me the same thing, "Assessments are complete and passed. The file is awaiting final review and decision." I never got any GU. And they have not asked me to pay RPRF. Does that mean I am a step behind you?

Nope. Haven't got any kind of update after April when they asked for biometrics. Recent response from Mr. Goodale is the only thing I have heard after April.
