WES timeline for 2018

Hi

Can anyone help me with regards to my WES case as mentioned below

My Initial WES was finished and i applied to upgrade my report to Course by Course which unfortunately got cancelled due to PTU issue, Now the issued is resolved and i reapplied for same and got below response from WES, I am now totally confused that do i need to proceed something from my side for this action item number 2 or wes itself will do this with my university, Thanks in advance.

WES sends a photocopy of your documents both electronically and by standard postal mail to the issuing institution or authority with a letter requesting verification.

The above is what they mention.I have seen people asking universities to reply to the e-mail.you don’t have to apply to university for anything.Just try contacting your university to expedite the reply process.

I don't know why they are reviewing again as I have sent them all my papers in one mail. If anyone knows why that is, please let me know?

Was able to download the report at the end around 5pm gmt-5

I sent across my docs as werll as my wife's for ECA and received my her report as per schedule but surprisingly mine was put on hold for more than a month!! Reason provided-Re-verification of my MBA docs from my University for which they have sent a request to the Uni. I kept waiting, but that status didn't change so I contacted the Controller of Examinations in my university and asked why are they not responding to WES request and that's where I had this shock!! The COE said no communication has been received from WES I called up WES and I was told that WES has sent it already. I was sooo... frustrated but at the end of day I realised YOU CAN'T POKE YOUR NOSE IN THEIR PROCESS and you are better off waiting for an update.

once your documents are accepted,you will have ‘reviewing your evaluation report’ status .under completed section you will see all the documents accepted.Under pending section you will have your due date.

What could be the reason of changing the status again to On Hold.

We contacted my wife's university (Rajasthan Technical University), they said they haven't received any email from WES Canada.

What should be done in this case?
I am totally off-track now on how to get things done. Please help me in case anyone got their secondary evaluation done from RTU/AKTU/UPTU.

on 20th nov they acknowledged that docs recd
on 8th dec -All documents were reviewed and accepted.
estimated date fro completion is 1st of feb 2019...
almost 2 and half months for entire process...

Any changes in the timeline buddy?
