WES status

my courier service confirmed that my docs have been received by a person of WES on 16 feb . yet I have recently received an email from WES that they have not received my docs.
I dont get it ???

same here... they received my documents at 15/02/2017 and still "waiting for required documents".

Did you write reference number on the envelope?

Me and my husband, we put our envelopes in one package and this package didn't have any reference number on it. So I sent an email to let them know the statuation, they sent a standard reply:

"Please be assured that once your documents are received, your file will be reviewed and updated accordingly."

What does it mean anyway? They sound like evaluation has ended and documents were sent back to me...
This email sent 8 days ago, so if they did I would receive them by now, wouldn't I?

After this, I sent and another email, asked them "it seems like my documents delivered to you, why my status hasn't changed yet?"But no response yet...

Hello everyone! I am currently in stage of gathering all required documents for my future EE PR application.

One of the requirements (if I want to receive points for education) is to have my education evaluated by designated organization.

I have chosen WES and sent all required documents from Europe about 3 weeks ago. As I have sent it via International Mail (not courier), I am not able to track it.

Canada dismissed inbound registered international mail tracking in Aug 15 - google: canada-post-kills-international-inbound-tracking-1819377 (I was not aware of this prior)

I have contacted WES few days ago, they confirmed they have not received anything yet.

Is there anyone in similar situation and waiting for their documents to be delivered to WES in Toronto?

Depends where you sent it from. I sent via Royal Mail and I tracked it from the Royal Mail website.

I have used registered mail provided by postal office in my country (Czech Republic), it was supposed to be tracked, but I am not able to continue to track it on Canadian land. Anyone waiting for his WES documents to be delivered?

I sent my documents via FEDEX and they were delivered on 10th feb. I kept trying the Package Tracker option on WES website to see if they have my package, and I got a yes for that on 15th Feb. After that, it took 3 more days for the status to be reflected as Documents received.

I think you guys would just have to wait

Dear Ayshilal, I guess you are from Turkey like me, can you please tell me which courirer service did you use?, a Turkish courier (Like Aras, MNG ) or one of the UPS , Fedex or TNT? They are charging ridiculously so I was wondering if I should use a regular one.

Also about WES when was the last time you contacted them? I am about to send my documents and I am freaked out by these news , did WES really mess up lately? theres a seperate thread for those who are waiting for their WES results and some of them have been waiting for 2 months ???

I used UPS and yes you are right it is a little bit expensive than the local ones. (380 TL)
But we had to because I didn't trust local ones and I am trying to collect my documents asap.

I made a mistake and gave my envelopes ( me and my husbands') to UPS. Main package didn't have any reference on it.
Wes received my documents on 15/02/2017, today they changed my status to "Documents received- Review in progress" finally...
There was a little delay but it was kind of my mistake.
From my experiences I can't tell you which assesment service you should use but I would go with WES anyway

Login to your WES account and you will see an option to check whether WES has received your package or not. You have to enter your tracking number there. It takes them a lot of time to update this info but eventually you will know for sure that they have received your package.

My package was delivered to them on 10th February. I kept checking with WES tracker to see if it works or not. It always showed "No tracking information found" and then finally on 23rd February, it showed that they received a package with those tracking details. Now they will take 3 working days to update my status.

Hi Ezgi and Ayshilal,

I sent my wife's documents to WES using the regular post (aka PTT ) but I wasn't in a hurry at that time and it took 15 days to reach Toronto.

I used PTT Kargo again for my fingerprints (need Police Clearance from RCMP), sent on Feb14th, 2017 and they received the documents yesterday, again, took 15 days.

If you decide to use PTT, don't bother getting the tracking option as you can only track it up to İstanbul. Canada Post wont let you know the status of your post.
