WES status

Hi Ezgi and Ayshilal,

I sent my wife's documents to WES using the regular post (aka PTT ) but I wasn't in a hurry at that time and it took 15 days to reach Toronto.

I used PTT Kargo again for my fingerprints (need Police Clearance from RCMP), sent on Feb14th, 2017 and they received the documents yesterday, again, took 15 days.

If you decide to use PTT, don't bother getting the tracking option as you can only track it up to İstanbul. Canada Post wont let you know the status of your post.

unfortunately I have already paid the 185 TL to TNT just to be on the safe side but thank you for your confirmation. It says that the documents were received by someone at WES but WES itself did not update my status yet (ok maybe I need patience)

By the way why do you need the RCMP certificate? Cic does their own background check for Canada... It states on the website that you need the police clearence for only countries other than Canada....so dont worry about it....

wes have been horrible lately, their customer service is bad. DHL showed my papers were received 2 weeks ago, they only confirmed reception after I used the magic word "refund" so about 8 business days later. Their twitter mentions scared me as everyone was complaining. Some waited over 36 business days for their review. Fingers crossed it won't take long for me!
