WES Russia Apostles from overseas

I got my masters degree from Russian state university and I’m in my own country now. I don’t know how to get apostles and my university is telling to send my relatives to get apostles to the ministry. I don’t have anyone.

Please tell me how to get apostles after graduating and mainly from overseas..

Instead, will WES accepts Russian Embassy attested degree certificates and transcripts in my own country?

As at when I applied (Nov 2018) it was 10 weeks. It should be longer now.

Your university just needs to send your transcripts via email.

Thank you! But my WES is almost completed with 2 credentials out of 3. So if I able to submit the apostle, it can be expedited within few days..

I contacted my University and they said it's not needed to do apostle by Ministry as it's a state university and they gave the authority to them to verify. I don't know what to do next and got stuck.

My last effort on this will be to submit at Russian Embassy in my home country to get attested. Will it be acceptable by WES? (It's not educational authority)

You can try. I honestly have no idea.
Organisations like WES might be strict with their requirements so do try to be sure before sending to WES.

You can explain your situation via mail to them.
