WES rule changes for India: DEC'2018-Word of caution

Dear All,
I have send the documents nearest to my university and I have sent the same envelope which university gave to me and it has been accepted. My university is UPTU. So sending nearest to university is working.

Also did you send documents yourself by using your identification as KYC required by courier? Which courier you opted?
DHL is putting the envelope in their plastic flyer, is that okay? Wes will accept it right?


Do we need to go to university and request another set of transcripts and pay whole fees again, wait for 1 month time n whole cycle?

Unfortunately I got my transcripts in hand on 25 Nov and on Dec 01 Wes changed the rule..

I'm booking my tickets to go to university, is costing me 10000+ hell lot of anxiety+ issue in getting leaves from work

They don't think before changing rules on the fly and on top of that we have corrupt and inconsiderate Universities...

It implies a person need to travel to Lucknow just to post the documents if they don't have someone there to do same...
We are working far away from Lucknow and nobody trusted is present there to do the same.

Coolguy- please suggest what you did? Did you do it yourself or try it done by friends n family?

I heard somewhere that mailtranscripts has been banned by UPTU, btw how much time did it take? And how much did it cost you? Can you please msg me personally ?

Nothing like that. I used it and it took 1 month to reach to Wes and cost is around 8000 rupees for my docs

Courier cost included and I haven't given any transcript , they only contacted University and got the transcript

Hi Heman, what did you write to WES for cancellation? I also went to MDU last month and they have simply denied sending the documents. Thanks for the information.

I went to MDU yesterday for my transcripts. They agreed to do courier through university but it is a registered post. So it will take some time. However they suggested me to take it to the university post office and do speed post. They said students do it all the time but do it from university post office. I also did the same today. Let's see.

Looking for suggestions on how to proceed , should I apply for Wes evaluation and contact mailtranscripts.com afterwards ?

First create Wes account and get reference number, then contact them and share the complete address of Wes including reference number. This is what I did.

Wait, call is not useful, instead drop email mentioned at there website.you will get response. I was also in trouble on call, but email reply is worth always with them, I would say that do not travel but wait for 1 day of email reply

Thanks @CoolGuy26 .. I will let you know how things go.. I' hv waited enough to get IELTS cracked, now when I have results ready, im getting delayed by WES, that too because of irresponsible consultant... so I have to be quick and take it up myself this time.. Im much scared how much time WES will take further..
