WES gave me a Secondary school equivalency to my 3 years of Bachelor Degree in culinary arts. Any thoughts on this? Maybe a mistake? Or why did it gave me a lower education result

It depends upon country, uni and mode of teaching. Usually its like that, which country did you got your education from?
 
There are many reasons for this but as far as I know being from the Mexican area greatly affects your results.

There are many reasons for this but as far as I know being from the Mexican area greatly affects your results.
 
Actually it was a mistake they made. I asked for a revision and then they gave me the correct equivalency.
