WES issue - removal of credential during evaluation

Hello all,

I added 3 degrees in my WES profile for evaluation and WES has accepted all the documents except one degree in which they are asking for a degree certificate and the Institute from which i cleared the exam does not provide a certificate.

Hence, i want to remove that degree from credential evaluation for which i have contacted WES through their contsct us page and it has been 5 days but i havent received any response yet.

I also tried contacting them through facebook and twitter and even though they replied they just asked me to contact customer service.

Please help

Please call them and tell them you contacted via email before and received no response. You'll be asked for your WES number and they'll check for any open cases on their end and escalate it.

This is what I did when I had to correct something.

I have already tried contacting them but they dont pick up even after 30mins of waiting.

Btw the number you mentioned, is that wes usa number? Because the one which I called on was different and I am looking for WES Canada number

Try the one I gave because even though I sent my docs to Canada they were still able to help me. I believe this is their support number. They open at 8 or 8:30 AM Eastern.

An update for those following this thread

My account got updated and not it no more shows any pending documents, however it again shows the first status as before ie

Were you able to get your degree removed from the evaluation? I'm in a similar situation and will have to get in touch with WES by email/phone for one of the degrees I wish to remove.

Hi ,
i have to get my Degree removed from WES ECA, i have written several queries to them but they are denying to remove it , saying that once verification is sent to institution cannot be removed, can you please suggest the correct approach to get it removed?

Hi Vicky, I'm in a similar situation here. I emailed several times but have heard no response yet. Have you removed your credential successfully?
