How do you know if it was mailed? My tracker was updated two days after but nothing in the mail yet

My case was updated as completed on May 20 after giving virtual Oath on the 18 (Mississauga), just waiting for the citizen certificate. I live in Toronto. How long does it usually take?

Done online Oath ceremony today (7:45AM Mississauga) - hope to get the certificate soon!

Interesting, I also received Oath invitation email today from Missisauga and it's online (7:45AM)

Also received new Oath update today on tracker for May 18 (previously April 27)

My tracker was updated, but still shows the old date of `April 27, 2023` ... :oops:

Date ceremony: April 27th from the tracker, did not receive any e-mail but presumably would be Missisauga.

Tried calling IRCC number, no one picked up obviously, I just ended up sending a webform but expect to get a reschedule after this strike ends..

I'm supposed to have oath tomorrow, but given the strike is most likely cancelled, however I did not receive any email (neither to say the time & place nor cancelation). Who should I contact, sending a web form?

Similar boat, got only Language completed. The only thing I can think of is my physical presence history was quite complex with several travels, so may take more time to verify (or maybe completely unrelated will see) Also checked rest of the applicants history and found only another one in...
