Yes, for each individual it would be a separate application, which means separate fees. But for each applicant, you can submit any number of degrees (Masters/Bachelors/Diplomas/Certificate etc) as WES does not charge by the number of degrees, but this should be part of the original application.

You can check the Canadian equivalency of your spouse's education here http://www.wes.org/ca/evaluations/preliminary.asp. You can get up to 30 points maximum for spouse's education and language (10 and 20 respectively).

So it's your call whether you want to get ECA and IELTS done for your spouse.

So it's your call whether you want to get ECA and IELTS done for your spouse.

Both you and your spouse IELTS score willbe added for your final score so its better to have it done. As per WES please check the canadian equivalency as every point matter now
