My status has changed to 'Evaluation report being prepared for delivery' on 12th May. Just giving an update.

If you are sure that you have used the credit card bill page correctly then try to mail them. Happened to me with modifying order page and I kept mailing them atleast once a day. They worked promptly.

I think there was a mistake but not sure though. I clicked submit application and entered all data, then clicked submit payment. However I was switched to the previous page not to the next one (confirmation order). And another question, WES request to indicate the address EXACTLY at it appears on credit card statement , is it for delivery purpose cause I want them to send my package to my work address??? and my real address is different.

Did you dispatch on 26th or did they reach WES on 26th? Because I too sent my documents on 26th and they reached on 29th. I have two degree's to be evaluated and they gave the expected date as 14th May.

Was your evaluation completed on expected date or earlier?

despached on 26th .. As per the WES committed date on 12th status got changed to complete.
Don worry on 14th you will get completed status.

My documents (both from school and mine but mailed separately) were delivered to WES on May 6, 2014. Status changed from" waiting for required documents" to "received documents-review in progress" may 12. Ni changes until now. Hoping WES would deliver to their 7 day service.

I submitted application online and did the payment through credit card but after payment WES website gave server error. Payment has be deducted from my credit card but they didn't gave me any reference number. Now when i login to account it says to add reference number but i dont have any reference number. I have already called to WES and Customer Service told me that i should wait till tomorrow. Is it normal?. Please guide me what to do? Should i send documents without reference number?

if they told u to just wait til tomorrow, then do so.. if it doesn't change then call ur bank and wes again!

May 13, Evaluation in process... Expect to finish on 22nd May.
First week of june, hope my file will reach nova scotia.

Mine took 11 days in total inclusive of when I submitted my application to WES which was on May 2 until I got my ECA report yesterday May 13. They're pretty quick.

Congratz.
Wha i can say is that my university staffs were really unhelpful. They intended to make me wait about 3 weeks to get the form. After 30mn talk on phone , it is reduced to 2weeks.

Hi Guys,

Do the Transcript has really to come from educational institution you had attended to?
What if you already got a copy of transcript of records? would that be sufficient or WES will not entertain?

I applied in 2013 it nearly took 2 weeks for wes to complete but as ordered in india via regular mail it never came.
again i ordered duplicate and it reached within a week by courier.
almost 3weeks time if ordered by registered mail or courier.
