Hi
My Master card (HSBC) was charged on Jan 14th - the application was received by CIC on Nov 20th. No problems at all.
Prior to sending my application, I checked with my bank if this type of transaction would be approved and if there are any additional steps I should follow to insure that I am safe and the money will be charged. HSBC limit for transfers like this is 5mln, so they confirmed that I'm safe to go.

My debit card is from ACBA and it is visa card with chip on it. I was told that there is no limit for transaction so it should be fine. However, I think that if there is a chip on the card it can make some problem or not?

I don't think so. As far as I know, for online transactions it does not matter whether your card is with chip or without.

Hey armarm,

my DD was encashed on Dec, 17th.
So it took CIO almost a month to issue PER.

Dear Arika,

Mine was also encashed on Dec 17th. I received PER on January 15, the same timeline. I was informed that Warsaw VO sends AOR by all means. What are you anticipations about AOR?? When shall we receive AOR in your opinion?

I have a couple of questions for applicants from Armenia. I have heard there are problems associated with CC encashment in some cases, however I sent CC instead of DD. Did you guys experience such a problem? Should I take any steps to ensure my CC charging without any problem? If yes, what should I do? My CC is visa card with chip on it.
Also, can you please promptly advise me how long does it take for CiC to encash my CC based in your personal experience?

My case is like yours. They encashed the sum. No problem! Don't worry!

Hi, guys,

Can anyone tell me whether we can change our passports, 4 people in the family or no?? If yes, will it cause any delays to my regular process??

Dear Anush,
it's great to know that there's someone with almost similar timelines. ;)

From this forum I learned that AOR does genereally arrives in 1 month time, that's to say we should check for updates around mid-Feb. Hopefully our files will be transferred withing normal timelines.

Hi,

Your profile reads "PER received: 15.01.2014" <-- it should be 15.01.2015 I bet ;)

Hey fellows!

Same embassy here but not much news unfortunately.

The only thing that I see visable in my ecas at the moment is:

We received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2014

I got my PER on July 31st and then on August 25th I got an AOR via email from Warsaw. Silence ever since. No updates in ECAS either.

To those who got medicals already, how did you get it? Was it over the email or by regular post? If it's an email what's the email address? And is there a notice about the beginning of processing? I mean like a sepperate email or is it just a line in ECAS before they send out medicals with no additional notification?

I'm really currious because I don't wanna miss it by any chance :).

Dear RomanSPb,
the extract of personal account from Social Ministry of Armenia means the confirmation of work experience verifying that the employer has made the social fees during the period of employment .VO requires this document almost from every armenian applicant. This was the request of Moscow VO,but when we receive a letter that our case was transferred to Warsaw, they said dont sent any document until Warsaw office connect with you. No news until now. So what do you think, friends, Warsaw will send MR or will request this docs?

I cannot imagine a state body sharing private information of a citizen with a foreign government.

I assume that this certificate is issued upon the applicant's official request only. After that he/she has all the freedom to use it any way he/she finds appropriate. Submit it to VO, for example.

PS: There's a premonition of mine that Warsaw VO will take much more time to process than, say, LVO or NDVO :(
Hopefully I'm wrong.

Pretty much like a police certificate. Yes, it makes sense. Anyways, it seems like a Moscow VO practice. And now that it is stripped of PR processing, it's not guaranteed that WVO will maintain same routines.
