Yet another piece of amazing statistics from Russian forum:

PER Received / MR Received
14-NOV-2014 / 20-JAN-2015
15-NOV-2014 / 20-JAN-2015

Though some timelines show the following:
PER Received / MR Received
18-JUN-2014 / 19-JAN-2015

Thus, it really doesn't work in a FiFo way, the process is not linear and is indeed very case-specific.

Dear RomanSPb,
I think the second timeline is a unique case, I don't think this is somehow connected with the usual dynamics.

Hey guys,

count me in for Warsaw VO, PER received on Jan, 14th

Unfortunatelly I didn't manage to put my entry in a spreadsheet.
Despite all my efforts I failed. My apologies. :-[

Wish u all speedy processing!

When was your card charged? Thank you. I just want to understand the gap between.

Hey armarm,

my DD was encashed on Dec, 17th.
So it took CIO almost a month to issue PER.

There are a few more MR's and a few more cases where MR's are delayed exactly the same way as I demonstrated above. You see, there are neither "uniques", nor "usuals" at the VO stage. Every case is unique to certain extent and it takes different time frames to process each of them. Moreover, some really straightforward and simple cases meet random quality check procedures where the officer first put 'interview waiver' in CAIPS/GCMS and then they withdraw the case for additional background checks or even an interview call.

So I always suggest being patient. Waiting for too long doesn't mean something is bad with the application. Delays happen now and then in VO's, alas.

Just short hi to fellow applicants. I haven't had CC charged but keep fingers crossed)
Wish you good luck guys.
I am glad to see so many Armenian applicants here)

Yes, you are quite right !!! I am waiting for Canadian immigration for already 4 years. I have also applied as a Quebec selected skilled worker in 2011.

I have a couple of questions for applicants from Armenia. I have heard there are problems associated with CC encashment in some cases, however I sent CC instead of DD. Did you guys experience such a problem? Should I take any steps to ensure my CC charging without any problem? If yes, what should I do? My CC is visa card with chip on it.
Also, can you please promptly advise me how long does it take for CiC to encash my CC based in your personal experience?

Hi
My Master card (HSBC) was charged on Jan 14th - the application was received by CIC on Nov 20th. No problems at all.
Prior to sending my application, I checked with my bank if this type of transaction would be approved and if there are any additional steps I should follow to insure that I am safe and the money will be charged. HSBC limit for transfers like this is 5mln, so they confirmed that I'm safe to go.
