I m sponsoring my and children they are outside Canada medical was sent to warsaw on August 24 ,can some one tell me or did same application recently and how long it took for respond from a embassy Canada in warsaw please I want to know ,because I m still waiting for a respond or next step

I've been waiting for my study permit since 12 May, and the last update was on 12 July (the medical exam passed).
Date Received: May 12
Date of Biometrics Enrolment: May 19
A request of medical examination: June 9
Review of medical results - July 12: You passed the medical exam.
My last two webform says that my application is in Warsaw, it's undergoing a background check, and they can't speed up the process. That's not a very satisfying answer because my first semester ends, I lost my stipend, and I'm still not there. Hence, I wonder if I can change the processing location? Can anyone add some comments about whether it is Warsaw VAC magic or my case just too complex? I'm Russian, so can I ask them to move my application to IRCC Moscow? In my last webform, they evaded this question. I ordered GCMS notes, but they will be ready only at the beginning of December.

I do not know if Moscow processes student visas at all - I think they are regionally done in Warsaw. (Visa printing can be done in Moscow though)
Moscow may have some staff working on overall visa issues (but not many). You could try to contact them, as they have done some marketing and support recently. Unfortunately I don'jt have contacts.
Did anyone receive any updates from Warsaw recently? Particularly interested in AOR2/updated ECAS.
Our file was sent to Warsaw. They never sent us an AOR2, or updated anything in ECAS. However we got our pre-arrival letter a couple weeks ago and our PPR letter a couple days ago. We plan on sending everything to the VAC in Warsaw in a week.
