I recently got a response. Waited around 2 weeks.

I got response for both my emails and the call I made to the embassy of Canada in Warsaw that additional docs received them safe and sound and they are working on it within 5 days.
I have send docs both ways on my cic portal and hard copies through DHL Courier for eligibility.

Hi everyone,

We are Feb 2020 applicants but both I and my wife are in Canada. since we were not living together at the time of application, we were treated as if outland application.

We did not have our Walima because we wanted to do it in Pakistan, but due to COVID no one could travel. When they asked for ADR, we explained this to them why Walima was not done. This was in May 2021. However, we live together now and we gave them this information, including proof of same residence.

Our file moved from london to warsaw. any ideas how to expedite the process?

I’m sorry to hear this. But why you applied for the open work permit instead of the sponsorship visa?

I just read your previous messages. Maybe this refusal means that they’re going to finalize your PR application very soon as having approved both at the same time is contradictory.

I wish InshAllah, but they mentioned in my refusal letter inauthentic documentation and they refused on SECTION 6(1) .they said we didn't provide original pics as per their requirement .we send pics via vfs in Abudhabi we have web form . Case wS transferred in Warsaw. Any how we will go now for court . They mentioned I can reapply if I think I can provide everything.

Hi all
Our file was send to Warsaw on July 12, alongside with receiving the SA for me. Since then they did not send the AOR2. We are waiting for medicals to be passed (Clinic sent the results on Aug 17).
How fast is Warsaw these days?

It’s been a month uploaded additional docs for eligibility, there is no reply since then.
Is it good sign or a bad one?
Somebody said the more time they take, it seems they are working on it rather than just refusal?

This is amazing! Congratulations Lisa!! Finally! Virtual landing via online portal is only available for those who already in Canada. In your case you need to reach out to the closest FVS Global as per your instructions. Usually it’s handled by them unless Warsaw mentioned something else.
