No updates form warsaw visa office , other people backgroudn check started sharing my timeline, almost a month ago. mine still not started. Are they working on the file or not.

I’m also waiting for my reconsideration request, they accepted my request and told me that your visa has been transferred to immigration officer and they’ll look in your case. And still no response I’m also from Pak. Now there webform is not working nor they’re replying to emails/web forms

I guess candidates don’t get such thing nowadays. If you get refusal so you can ask immigration officer to reconsider. If they accept it so they’ll let u know otherwise they might reply you stating we won’t consider your case

Meds Requested - 11th June 2021
Medical passed 30th June
Two Pcc’s requested one from Kuwait other from Home country submitted both on my cic portal.
Biometrics collected from TRV In June.


Everything is passed until now AOR SA AOR2 MEDS ADR BIO How can I come to know if Eligibility is cleared,they will send an email or not?
Will it hamper the process of the application!
If you send multiple email queries my wife is adamant and she says if they refuse she’s going to appeal and will take the matter to IAD.
Now regarding eligibility file got transferred from Uk Visa office to Warsaw Poland visa office got an email and they asked for additional proofs on 8th July

They asked me this on 8th July and I have replied to them with all the proofs and LOE on 30th of July.
If and if they refused how long will appeal process takes it due course can you enlighten me.

I can’t answer such question because my file is stuck in Warsaw visa office from last 2 months and 10 days. It’s so stressful. But as per my knowledge they usually take a month or two to process any additional document.

Asking ADR is normal, ,if its pFL then thats the objection. You shouldn't worry about ADR. By the whats did they ask you in additional proof?

They asked me stating provide additional proofs for the eligibility.
And 6 questions from principal applicant i.e client Information.
PFL comes always after rejection of eligibility or before it.

Both the times in AOR2 they clearly mentioned you file is transferred to London visa office however once’s I was done with medical and biometrics, they forwarded an email to me my file is transferred to Warsaw Visa office any ADR pertaining to file and Eligibility should be send there.

Seems they are doing this to speed things up.

Mine Eligibility is in process but now wondering why the BGC is stuck. looks like they haven't started working on the file yet. May be the file is in queue.First it stays in LVO couple of months and no progress and now in warsaw

My file is in Warsaw from January 2021 .ADR in January since than they are sleeping . My spousal open work permitvand PR both pending since June 2019. Waiting waiting waiting
