In the six months we had our application returned, we changed our names, wehad a request for additional documentation including a court custody document. So given all of that we are very fortunate.
We will never forget the great advice and support we recieved on this thread and site. Our thoughts and wishes are with everyone going through this nightmare.

By always getting my gcms notes I sent them something they lost before they asked. Then on aug 22 they asked for a court document and an updated personal history. One back to when my spouse was 18 as opposed to ten years. The court produced the document we needed the next week so I think we had it all in warsaws hands first week of September.Ahmelina23 said:Congrats!!!
My office is not Warsaw, but I'm just curious, when did you get a request for additional documents? Does it usually happen early in the stage or closer to the end? Thanks!
Here is to a quick process. I know you put a lot of work into your application. If you have any questions feel free to get a hold of me.Lady_Ashka said:Congrats Sous!!!
We just submitted on Friday, so keep your fingers crossed guys!
That was a good move! Seems like Warsaw VO was working pretty quick once they required your documents Because I've heard if VO requires documents then it might extend your process I really hope it won't be the case based on your example. Actually my VO was supposed to be Warsaw, but CIC decided to send it to Ankara. Anyhow, thank you and congrats again!Sous02 said:By always getting my gcms notes I sent them something they lost before they asked. I never got a response via email from warsaw. I think I sent three emails with various changes. In our GCMS notes I only ever saw reference to information we couriered. It is my understanding though that address changes need to be done via the CIC main site. I believe via the CSE inquiryski said:Congrats
A question for you. I emailed Warsaw about my wife changing her address. Its the same city, just a different location. I didn't get a response and I still see the same address on ECAS. Did you get an acknowledgement at least when you emailed them?
I just filled a case specific enquiry. But when you check out the address change link:Sous02 said:I never got a response via email from warsaw. I think I sent three emails with various changes.
