We got a refusal letter today via e-mail.
The contents state that my wife was invited for an interview on March 10th, and she failed to show.
This is the reason...
We never got any info, call, e-mail nothing about this interview request..

How do we proceed?
They're saying that our fee will we refunded, etc..

Try posting this on the appeals thread. Someone there might know what to do. I am so sorry to hear this.

I read a few of your past posts as I am a new Warsaw sponsor/applicant. Would I be correct in the assumption that cic in your case was wondering about whether you would be moving to Canada?
As I have commented on other threads I am shocked and disappointed about what happened in your case.

I have no idea what they wondered and am intrigued why they scheduled the interview in the first place.
It's true, I have been living in Poland for the last 5 years but my wife got the invite without my self included.
From what I read, sometimes they ask silly things such as why the date is the same on all pictures and from 2000 when it's 2015, while the answer is that someone just forgot to set the date in their camera
Thank you for your support. We don't give up until we sort out this mess.
My wife and I both sent e-mail inquiries in reference to their letter and we got our local MP involved as well.
I cross my fingers it will work out without re-submission or formal appeal :/

Keep leave and judicial process as one of your options. You have 30 days to start the process, from the day you recieved your refusal letter. Also, send them an strong worded email showing proofs from your side.

In my case, during my PR processing ( FSW ), they misplaced by PCC certificate, they failed to read my emails confirming i have sent it, and forget to send follow up email...

One mail, along with all the proofs, along with copy of GCMS notes, helped me...and they changed refusal to approval... CIC can reverse the decision, if the error is on their end.

I hope you will be able to resolve this issue. It is sucks that of stupid technicality you might need to apply again.
It seems that these days Warsaw really invites people randomly for interview. We were not expecting too.

Perhaps this was the reason, and they have a full right to do so.

Owl29, did you get an e-mail request? Did you confirm that you would be there for the date? How does it work, could you give me details?

Do send them an email, copy of your email snapshot confirming you havent received it. A judge's review are supposed to handle cases like these. Good luck.

What is the procedure, especially when i'm not in Canada at the moment?

I think it would be simpler and less costly to re-apply if everything else fails
