I know :/ Cic really need to rework their systems. If it's a no just tell them instead of making people retake their medicals twiceI shudder every time I look at that thread I really hope all the applicants on there get cleared fast
Yea i did that before.. no placement for new documents... i guess CIC have yet to update my statusOn your application status page click on "View submitted application" at the bottom. It might show which documents are needed.
Try calling the helpline. +1 (613) 944-4000Yea i did that before.. no placement for new documents... i guess CIC have yet to update my status
Have done that already boss... the customer care officer told me not to worry about the status, and that they do not require any more documents from me.Try calling the helpline. +1 (613) 944-4000
Ivr extension 1117 I think.
I wish it was as simple as that!I know :/ Cic really need to rework their systems. If it's a no just tell them instead of making people retake their medicals twice
Thats true. But its hard to fathom when some get the PPR in a month or less.... I think deep down i really feel insecure.... Like what am I missing/whats taking them so longI wish it was as simple as that!
Every application is processed differently because of several factors. So while it may appear as if our case is identical to someone else, believe me it's not!
And there are hundreds of applications being processed at the same time - naturally it'll take some time. We've to remember we're not the only ones who are being processed and CIC is doing the best it can. A little patience is good for all of us. We'll all get to Canada sooner or later.
Best of luck!
yes but i'm referring to those who have been waiting for a year.I wish it was as simple as that!

The wait is really difficult. Unfortunately we can't do anything else but wait. Hopefully it'll all be over soon.Thats true. But its hard to fathom when some get the PPR in a month or less.... I think deep down i really feel insecure.... Like what am I missing/whats taking them so long
Trying to make patience my new best friend now..
Ohh. Then I guess all you can do is wait. I think it’ll change when some immigration officer starts working on your file again.Have done that already boss... the customer care officer told me not to worry about the status, and that they do not require any more documents from me.
plus the standard " the processing time is 6 months, it is too early to say which stage your application is at."
and they refused to believe that some people are getting PPRs within a month....
It is probably a glitch. The same day they generate my GCMS the same thing happened to my account and it still shows the same message but they never send anything. I heard from few other people similar storyDay #42 in IP2
Day #109 since AOR
Cic account shows "We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details." since yesterday.
No e-mail, no message in application, no changes in submitted application. GCMS notes already requested, not delivered yet.
Already checked the similar posts on this forum, but inconclusive. Any ideas? @legalfalcon , @dr feras , anyone?
I know a couple of people got it on Monday. After that it has been dry.any movements from IP2 to PPR yet guys?
