That's great! I thought most of the pprs were from NDVO and Montreal. Let's see how this week goes.
Could you point to those posts please. I'm only seeing other VOs sending PPRs so far.
I am in that group (per GCMS notes) Everything is approved oct last year. No update has taken place since then.

Just wondering if it’s normal that I’m not being requested to complete a medical exam or received a medical extension? My timeline is as below:
AOR: May 2019
EE, Outland
VO: Ottawa
Re-medical: Sep 2020 passed <- I assumed it lasts one year but I didn’t receive a remedial request or extension. It’s still showing - September 22, 2020 you passed the medical exam.
Update of passport and received: Sep 2021.
Like many others, I’m one of those who’s been waiting for more than 2 years and still no PPR even if the border restrictions have eased. Hope everyone can keep faith and wish everything will be open by this year ( ･᷄ὢ･᷅ )

I think they will ask for medical exam only when they are ready to finalize. Also, there is some new (and for the moment mysterious) policy regarding outland applicants.
It should/could be positive news, but it it too early to say for now.

Thanks a lot for the information. It didn’t really specify which instructions it will be for the medical exams. But my guts feeling is that it will probably include COVID PCR test and validation of full vaccination into the exam criteria. I guess it will be the 3rd medical exam for me…
I kind of hope that it is something like automatic extension for more than one year, but it could also be as you say. As long as they are not leaving our applications on the side I am fine with that.

Yes, that is really annoying and it can end up being very expensive (I did mine for ~800 USD each...). If you do them of your initiative you know you are taking a risk, but if they asked you to, they should issue PPR before expiration. I hope so to. I had the re-medical done in Sep last year, which I thought everything was getting closer. However, a year has passed and still nothing happened. This is just very frustrating and not sure when the process will be ended.
Hello everyone, I am an inland application aplied my PR though PNP stream. I just got my GCMS notes and saw that my file was been transferred to Ottawa visa office from CIO Sydney so just want to ask if anyone got their PR recently from Ottawa office. MY AR was 12 feb 2021 and got AOR on 11 January 2022. No update after that. Thanks
