where did you find out that medical result was received? is it through e-cas or you call the doctor who conducted your medical? thanks!

medical received along with RPRF and biodata on 5th Oct. rprf and biodata sent on 7 th Oct
Result sent by doctor on 18th Oct.
ecas updated to Medical received on 22nd Oct
Ecas updated to decision made on 25th Oct.

I am from a visa exempt country.
I wonder what next step would be.
