Checking the application status online ECAS once/day after 'medicals received by CIC' would be fine or CIC may take it in a negative way ? If its not good to check ECAS daily, calling the CIC call centre is a good idea (twice/week) to know the possible date of DM or PPR step ? Please suggest.

Sadly, there is no other way but wait.. call centre has no infomation and the office will never tell you when you will get ppr etc.
Checking ecas daily is fine.. it does not have impact on your app.
You can check as many times as you wish

My status changed to 'Decission Made' this morning. Dint received my PPR yet. I have completed my medicals and paid RPRF on Oct 24th.

What is the current trend? When can I expect PPR?

Got my GCMS today. In the medical section, it has following info

Type: Medical
Status: Sent
IME#: XXXXXXXXX
IME Status: Not Started
Reason for Closure: Recieved in eMed
MOF Rationale Exists: No

Any idea what does these fields mean?

hi godzilla,

if your medical does not say passed then its not updated by the visa officer yet.
most likely because you are a FEB applicant and currently they are finishing with NOV/DEC and JAN applicants.so you should get your PPR hopefully by next month if your security and criminality checks are complete by then.

Hey Ronan,

Did you get PRRF request? If yes, may I know your VO from RPRF email? Each visa officer works differently from the other. Some update ecas, some dont.

CEC application sent: Dec 28, 2012.
AOR : Feb 12th 2013.
MR, RPRF and bio data: Oct 30th 2013
Meds done: Nov 07th 2013.
Meds status updated in ECAS: Dec 01,2013
Waiting for PPR.

Sadly, there is no other way but wait.. call centre has no infomation and the office will never tell you when you will get ppr etc.
Checking ecas daily is fine.. it does not have impact on your app.
You can check as many times as you wish
I probably check 10-15 times per day LOL
