Finally after a long wait, I received my PPR, BioData, RPRF request today.
All the best for the rest of applicant waiting for their PPR's.
Cheers.....
Thanks for the response. I would like to hear other people's opinions as well on this topic...cecapp369 said:Your application has been evaluated already and a medicals are requested. Usually (in99.9%) cases cic wont recheck ur eligibility criteria. This is solely my opinion.
Thanks Jaddy013. No worries. I am sure you will get yours soon.jaddy013 said:And Finally after a long wait.....The wait still continues for me! haha
Congrats home3d2001!
I am still waiting for my GCMS notes, (34 Days now) and PPR (over 2 months since medical)....
CIC processes application based job (NOC) at the application submission date. If your salary changes or you change your job after submitting application, it doesn't matter. It will not have any impact on your PR decisioning. So relax & wait for PPR...in another couple of months you should receive it, going by the trend.slingshot_fuel said:Sorry... see original post below:
I need some informed advice! I am currently waiting on my PPR (medicals received June 27, 2013 and application received by CIC in February 2012). What happens if I want to take a few weeks/months off from work in a sporadic fashion? I do not mean to take off for a month at a time - I am talking about a situation during which I would work for 2-3 days per week only. Of course, my salary would reflect my reduced work schedule. How can a lower salary (the only way CIC would even find out about this is by the 2014 T4 and/or if they request a report from my company detailing my salary starting from the 2013 tax deadline up until the stipulated ending date as stated by CIC) affect my permanent residency application?
Also, I am not in this particular situation, however, what occurs if an applicant loses his/her job in this stage of the game?
Any responses would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
Wow! This is a true shock to me...! I was always told by lawyers and/or other provincial nominee applicants that if one loses their jobs and/or switches employers, that your entire application is effectively terminated. Please verify that this is NOT the case with provincial nominees? I failed to mention this in my original posting.pjcanada said:CIC processes application based job (NOC) at the application submission date. I'm referring to CEC. This is a CEC forum. My answer is not applicable to PNP. I'm not the right person to comment on it..as I do not have experience with PNP.slingshot_fuel said:Wow!
