Hey everyone, I would like to add my case here. PPR on Feb 5th and I mailed the passports on Friday Feb 14th. As per the tracker, CPC-Ottawa received our passports today :D

ECAS changed to Decision Made today. 2 days after the PPR. Also, i never got the RPRF email. I just paid it when i got the MR email.

No, we did not have any issues. I think the background check/security check is what takes the most time.

No I did not get RPRF or bio-data. But I went ahead and paid RPRF online, back in August.

I guess then you should email them again. I have seen people from visa exempt countries waiting for couple of months after DM to receive COPR in mail but since you are not from a visa exempt country, I would email again and hope this time they reply.
