I got it back yesterday...I am asking it because somebody told me that you can't do landing at carway anymore ...

My frn did it a week back . Can you tell me how long it take from passport request to get passport back with COPR

It took a month for me...but usually it takes 2 week...

Hi All,

I got the request for submission of Passport now I have changed the address so sent the mail to the CIC no response should I wait for some more time its already 15 days.

Or should I send the passport and give the new address in the Deliver To : new address.

Please help or suggest.

I sent my passport on Friday (4- July) and received on 7-July.

Few min back I checked my return tracker. Miracle.. it got activated yesterday (18:48 Pm).. status showing out for delivery. Hope I will get in few mins.

Yesterday , I got an Email for PPR from Ottawa.

If you or any of your family members are residing outside North America and you are unable to send your/their passport(s) to Canada and/or to provide a return mailing address in North America, contact us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca so that we can make arrangements to print visas at another office.


I have an option to send passports to either Cairo,or Abu Dhabi. So what is the best and how long does it take?

shall I send Passports directly or inform Ottawa first ?

I sent my PP on June 12 and still havnt got it...whats taking so long dont know. Cant wait for the final phase..!

I think the return time varies. I was reading some random posts on this topic and found someone send in July 1st week got back in some days. Some have sent in june 4th and havnt received it.

So it all depends. I sent mine on 12th june and no reply yet. So have patience is all I can say..!
