I have been waiting for my passport from London office since first week of Nov. Sent them email twice but no reply from these fuc*ers.

I'm really starting to get worried about my passports. I can't speak with them on phone, they don't want to reply for my email. What can i do? Is there any other way to contact them?

My Passports reached CPP-O today. My waiting started....

Hi... My friend has sent my passport to CPP-Ottawa by CanadaPost XpressPost... Tracking says that it was delivered (signature of MS THOMAS).
Since I am just over-worried, I would like to confirm, did somebody get signature of MS THOMAS as well while it was delivered ?

My Passport has been received by CIC on 3rd of Dec 2013 . We got the confirmation that our PPRF has been updated only on 20th Dec.
Since then we are waiting for our passport.

I have also written to CIC however no updates yet from them.

Please suggest and help if there is any other way to communicate with CIC
