Canada CEC,

I am very upset, I also didn't receive my Passport . I email them, but no reply. I have planned to travel my Home country end of December.

I didn't realize where the Passport struck ? . Let's hope our tracker will be activate this week.

How many accompanying family member you have ?

I'm preparing my envelopes to send passports, just hoping that I will get PPR soon.

Quick question: I see 2 addresses for sending passport in most PPR emails.

Canada Post:
CPP – Ottawa
PO Box 9780
Ottawa ON K1G 4B9

Courier:
CPP – Ottawa
365 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa ON K1A 1L1

If we're choosing to send by Canadapost Xpressport, Can you please tell which address to send? If it is PO Box 9780, will it have tracking and signature? As far as I know, PO box address is just a mailbox and there is no tracking as such. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I have spouse and one kid as accompanying family..... I think we should get our passports this week... I do not have any plans for travel but its geeting frustration day by day.

use PO box address if using xpresspost. yes you can track your package and will also get a delivery signature..

Xpresspost is just an expedited service from Canada post and it comes under classification of regular mail not courier..
I've used it many many times and always used regular mail address. never had problems...

normally the tracker activates after 6.00 pm EST...

Got PPR today 4th of December. Sent passport today afternoon. They told me that it will reach Ottawa tomorrow. Will update tracker after delivery confirmation from Canadapost.
