Friends, I believe everyone who received a ppr would have also got a request to send the bio data in the same email ...have each one of attached a copy of bio data to the passport package or have replied with the bio data info via email?

I know for sure that CIC does not return the passport via any other courier except Canada Xpress Post. If one does not provide this, then the passports will be returned via regular mail. This is what CIC says
"We will not use registered mail or postage coupons. If you do not submit a return prepaid Xpresspost envelope or if you provide an envelope from any other courier, we will return your passport by regular mail"
I hope that this is the same rule for FSW applications. This can be one of the reasons for the delay.

Never got response of that email, neither i was expecting.
As per the tracker, very few people got their passports returned back in 8 days. Mostly, its after 20 days. So even if you have to email, i'd suggest wait a few more days. Its not going to expedite the return of your passport. As long as your mail tracker no. shows its received in Ottawa, you have nothing to worry about. But if you can't stop, then email CIC with your tracker no. and ask if they have received the package. Its your passport, its natural to worry about it.
